Buyer Resources

Buying a home can seem overwhelming, particularly if it’s your first time. But my Buyer’s Program is designed to help you each step of the way with expert advise and support.

  • Education. One-on-one sessions to discuss each step of the home buying process.  I'll review everything from getting pre-approved for a loan all the way through the final closing process, answering your questions as we go along.

  • Information. Setup for automated daily e-mails showing you every  property that hits the market including pictures and virtual tours, regardless of which company has the listing.  It’s a great way to study the market from the comfort of your home or office.

  • Advocacy. As a Buyer’s Agent, I work for YOU. I’m with you every step of the way: finding properties, arranging showings, making and negotiating the offer, the inspection, and the closing.

  • Trusted Resources.  If you need help finding a mortgage lender or an attorney, I can connect you to a wealth of reliable resources. And after the sale, I can help with movers, painters, designers, etc.

  • No Cost. In nearly all cases, my services are at  no cost to you. '
